Step into a leadership role with an independent hospital in central Kansas as they look to grow their anesthesia department. This is a rare chance to shape the future of anesthesia care while enjoying unmatched work/life balance and generous compensation.

Position Highlights:

Lead the Department: Spearhead pain management services and help start a surgical program in a supportive, mission-driven environment.

Independent Practice: Provide a full range of anesthesia and pain medicine services with autonomy.

Lifestyle-Friendly Schedule: 4-day work week (32 clinical hours), no call, and no ER coverage.

Optional Extra Shifts: Pick up additional call shifts for extra income if desired.

Compensation & Benefits:

Guaranteed Salary: Up to $325K+ depending on experience.

Incentives: Up to $300K in student loan repayment, retention bonuses, and relocation assistance.
