Licensed Practical Nurse New

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in Sioux Falls, SD. In this role, you will provide high-quality, compassionate care to residents while ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with individualized care plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments according to nursing standards.
• Update and follow individualized resident care plans.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Supervise assigned staff, providing guidance and support.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communication regarding resident care.

Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Required).
• Active LPN license in the state of practice (Required).
• BLS certification (Required).
• At least 3 months of experience working in long-term care (Required).

Additional Details:

• Location: Sioux Falls, SD
• Pay Range: $26 - $36/hour
• Sign-on Bonus: $20K
• Relocation Assistance Available
• Shift: 6:00 AM - 6:15 PM
